it was difficult for me at first to change my booking as I am not confidant with computer's, but the staff at agoda assisted me with emails on how to rectify the dates on my booking. as the airline changed the arrival dates. very good agoda keep up the good work, the staff are very good and helpful. I was very happy with the value for my hotel room.
