My first prescription came on a different day and time.
My second prescription did not arrive at all and was told to knock on my neighbour's doors to check if its there. When I stated, your courier Royal Mail could not find mine or my trusted neighbour address and not left a card to say where the parcel is. To knock on my neighbours doors of which some are on shift work would be pointless and I said I would not do as they asked as I did not sign up to find lost property. I told them I have no medicine and that I put my prescription on line 8 days before. They refused to act and insisted I knocked on my neighbour's doors. I asked to speak to her manager and she said her manager would call me. I waited over half an hour (no Call) before going to my doctors surgery. The receptionist tried to call Pharmacy2u to try and resolve this problem but when she eventually she got through they hung up on her. I stopped anymore transaction to Pharmacy2u. Please by warned it is there policy to make you hunt down lost parcels, there was no reasoning with them.
