“Worst courier I've ever had to deal with”

Worse courier I've ever had to deal with. Could not find a major landmark building, despite other couriers using exact same address without issue for years. Lied about status of parcel, lied and said it was out for delivery when it clearly wasn't, lied and said it had been refused at destination, which it surely was not they were chasing me for the parcel! Customer services is a joke. Tell you different information, takes ages to speak to anyone and I am sure their live chat is either so heavily scripted it's useless or mostly a bot. They held my parcel under investigation at one point and didn't even tell me, I had to chase them! After all their misinformation they returned the parcel and had the cheek to ask me to pay for this. Stressful experience with no apology.

Will never use again, and I will never buy from a company who does use them ever again.
