I purchased a steam press from BSC back in November 2016. On my first use I noticed a faulty LED display and immediately contacted them to arrange a replacement. Despite many emails and phone calls it was not collected for a further month. I asked for my money to be refunded but, despite an assurance this would be processed on December 20th, I'm still waiting and no-one is responding to my correspondence. I am now reporting them to Trading Standards. Service is dreadful and I could not, in all concious, recommend this company to anyone.
