Completed renewing my insurance online - no need to speak to a member of staff. Completed in minutes. Never made a claim so cannot comment on this aspect.

Online insurance - covers home, contents and boiler cover at a very competitive price.

I don't use the boiler cover as prefer to get out my tried and tested engineer who is local and will visit same day. To be fair I have not tried this, maybe next time.....
