I ordered a pack on Saturday which arrived on Tuesday. My Galaxy S4 was despatched the same day and it arrived at RPC on Wednesday. I was advised on Thursday that the full amount would be paid within 2 or 3 working days but I received the payment within four hours as they used the Faster Payments service rather than traditional BACS.

The amount paid was some 40% more than their competition were offering. I wish more companies operated as quickly as this. Informative emails and all timescales met.
