My water pump made a horrible noise and the heating packed up on a Friday Morning. Having a lung disability that requires me to have 18 degrees Celsius and temeratures outside were -7 degrees I was very concerned. I rang up Homeserve who were very empathic and promised to have someone at my house early Saturday pm. Considering it was a Friday this was quite impressive. I told the Homeserve rep about my health condition. Unfortunately I had an appointment in Bristol that afternoon ( 28 miles away) as Homeserve had tried to get me someone on Friday afternoon and rang me when I was in Bristol at the appointment. The Homeserve Plumber arrived in time early Saturday Afternoon fixed the water pump and also found another part that was faulty. He replaced this too! I paid a £50 excess for the service but am really pleased with the Homeserve Cover, their empathic approach and the superb job carried out by their Plumber! Thank you Homeserve!
