“Incompetant”

Last August I received a letter about renewing the Bt sport lite Sky channel, so I could still get it for free.I did the on line form, but it said there was a problem.
So phoned them and got passed around alot, but eventually got it sorted, or so I thought. When I checked my latest bill it was £40+ more than I was expecting.It turns out they hadn't sorted it out in august and charged me for it and the next 3 months to come. I rang them today and cancelled BT sport lite, but it takes 1 month to happen.This means I will only get back 2 months of payment.
