I have now been waiting weeks to get my dishwasher plumbed in. Since well before Christmas. So far I have booked in with them 4 times and so far have not even met one of their plumbers! They keep cancelling, usually after they were due and only when I call them. I was told they called twice and left voice mails to confirm the 4th appointment, interesting as I have no missed calls and no voicemail on the number they read out. Absolutely horrendous experience. Will be looking else where and most definitely not recommending them.
