Myself and a colleague was given a Christmas bouquet - within two days the flowers were dead. I contacted interflora, sending photo's. I received an apology and was told that replacements would be sent. Received replacements and both bouquet flowers had died within 3 days!! They guarantee 7 days of freshness! - clearly not the case. I complained about the replacements and a gift voucher has been offered. I would not recommend this company.
