“Does what it says on the tin”

MCE where extremely helpful, ive had a non-fault claim recently and they have been on the ball, then i canceled my insurance with them, when i tried to create a new policy for a different bike (this wasn't told to me when i asked to cancel the old policy) they couldnt because of the outstanding balance about 15 minutes with there extreamly helpful call centre workers they recognised it would be ruled in my favour got the outstanding balance cleared off my name then agreed to honour the months i had for my ncb ... brilliant bunch extreamly helpful
