This hotel was the worse we have ever been in! No good points to report! Bad points, Everything! we went half board, the food was barely edible. Breakfast was olives and pre packed jam with bread and the occasional boiled egg!

We asked for orange juice but had to pay £2 per glass as you can imagine we went hungry!

The main buffet was a joke. Meat was very sparce, on the barbeque night you had to pay an extra £10 per person for chicken and lamb. On arrival we asked to upgrade from the prison cell we were put in and had to pay an extra £100!! This room had more space and windows but was still a total mess, mould around the walls, mosquitos splatered all over the walls, holes in the walls and all door locks damaged (it looks like they have been forced open and never fixed). We then asked to move hotels but were refused!

We also asked to go self catering which was granted but no refund so we had to put up with the slop which was served each night.

Once we had complained we were given the cold shoulder all week. We met two others couples who were also very disappointed with this hotel and requested to move rooms, all granted but all charged.

Ovacik is really scruffy with litter in the streets and overflowing bins to dodge every day, the place to us was totally run down. You have to travel by bus to the beach in Oludinise which was nice but beware you are charged to go on the beach and the sun beds and parasols this costs around £15 - £20 per day.

We were extremely disappointed with the whole holiday.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We went by the previous reviews but I think given the state of the place these must have been written by the staff and owners of the hotel.

If you want a nice holiday don't go here you will be mega disappointed. We are a genuine family from Plymouth Devon who wanted a reasonable not fantastic hotel but this was incredibly bad.

It would have cost us less to go to the Carribean. Beware standard s are very low and total prices are very high. We wanted a budget holiday but ended up spending £2000 (myself wife and daughter) for a week due to the bad standards in the hotel. They do not seem to care about you once they have you in their hotel only about your money!!
The best I can say about this is that it was sunny!!
