I booked online last year to go to Benidorm with holiday gems they phoned me a wk late to say holiday had gone up £200 I should have phoned them with payment I reluctantly paid it today I phoned them sayin I saw holiday online for £876 I said if I paid by card the holiday shdnt go up in price they assured me it wldnt as I paid in full within an hour sales rep phoned to say the web site price was wrong it shd have been £2200 I demanded a refund which I Havty wait 3/5 to clear they even had the cheek to offer me a holiday for £1500 don't have any dealings with holiday gems
