“Misleading description of car”

I hired a car via you from the 27th to 31st Dece 2016

I wanted a 7 seater and was promised a

Citroen C4 Grand Picasso or similar

What I got was a vauxhall zafira. Although this had 7 seats two of the seats were only suitable for children and not at all similar to the Citroen which can have 7 adults very comfortably

The reply I got back was

Quote

"With respect to the model, the reservation is for a 7 seater vehicle with space for 1 piece of luggage. While the vehicle model is used for illustration purposes, an Opel Zafira is a vehicle that meets these criteria"

My point is

Regarding the car your voucher states

Citroen C4 Grand Picasso or similar

A Citroen C4 is a 7 seater for 7 adults while the Opel Zafira is a 7 seater for 5 adults and two children. Both would carry one piece of luggage. I would suggest you look at the seats of the two vehicles to understand that they are by no way similar.

This is by NO WAY similar, a VW Sharon or Ford Galaxy is similar but NOT a Opel Zafira. Your description in the voucher is not accurate and is misleading.

How you could expect the two vehicles to be similar is surprising to me.
