“How to NEVER get your money back from a cancelled...”

Step one. Book with Opodo. Step two. Have your flight cancelled, request refund. Step three spend the next 4 months calling and following up at your cost for the calls to no result.

NEVER EVER use OPODO. You have been warned.

4 months later, I'm still trying to get my money back......never again.
