“So amazing my mum has no more cracking skin on finger tips”

Harveys were incredibly professional with the install of my Softener. The install has been performed BEAUTIFULLY. Fantastic pipework and even though the softener ended up having to be installed in my basement, far away from the kitchen sink, the engineer still took the trouble to put in the extra unsoftened water feed to my tap so we could have normal filtered drinking water. The kit is simple and works flawlessly. It does what it says on the tin.

My mother was so impressed after trying it, she then bought one and I ended up with a years supply of salt thanks to Harveys recommendation programme. She is so pleased with hers because she used to have a terrible time with her hands - particularly her fingers skin cracking at the ends of her fingers. She had no idea what causes it and had it for years, creams barely helped. The water softener from Harveys has meant that her finger cracks have completely healed up and no more pain in her fingers which was a nightmare being a Piano and Cello teacher!!

The initial consultation was very informative. The survey supposedly done at the same time wasn't really much use since, the demonstrator doesn't specifically plan the installation, so mine had to be done completely differently than anticipated at the consultation. No matter as the engineer made more effort than I have ever seen from usual engineers, and stayed to do the job properly and elegantly. That's what I call great service and product. Well done Harveys! Magic! I am delighted.

The only thing we could really do with given the softener is in my basement, is to have a salt level indicator or notification from the system. Essentially i need a level indicator in my kitchen or on my phone since I have let it run out a couple of times by accident. If this could be retrofitted having had mine already for a couple of years then that would be great! My mother's unit is installed outside and works brilliantly. She said the same thing, could just do with an level monitor in the kitchen or on her phone to remind her to top up the salt. This could be coupled with an order now button as a great way to keep on top of salt stock and management of it!
