After ordering 2 previous bouquets via the O2 rewards which were beautiful ordered a bouquet for my parents (should have been £50 and got through O2 for £25)delivered on time and being kept up todate on arrival can not complain on that but the flowers turned up half dead. The only thing I am grateful for is it cost me £25 instead of £50 but to be honestly would not have paid more than £5.00- £10.00 for it. After complaining got a replacement bouquet which was not perfect but 90% better.
It's just a shame the same bouquet my husband bought me has not been replaced! and due to this has put me off buying in the future.
