“Customer Service Perfection”

I had a lot of problems with my order, and none of them were Feldherr's fault. It had to do with some quirks of the country I live in, my payment method and probably my frustration over wanting the products and not being able to get them.

The products are great, but if you're looking at this you probably already know that Feldherr is a well trusted brand with great quality products. I don't think I need to repeat what many others have said regarding that. Instead I'd like to complement them on their excellent customer service. They were patient, helpful and went beyond my expectations to help me. I have no problem at all recommending them to anybody else. You will get a great product and a great experience shopping with them.
