“very poor customer service”

I have a phone on contract with o2 (not even 2yrs old) it has gone wrong and was sent to repair centre who sent it back saying no fault found. but the fault persisted I returned to the store and the sent away again I get a message saying can you ring the store after 1 week of no one answering I go in 3 members of staff standing around I ask them if there phone is working to be told they don't answer it as its to busy ???? they decide to tell me the phone they had supplied me and was covered for 2 yrs was no new at time of purchase (well that's news to me). I am told its going to cost £45 to repair it after several questions regarding how was it not new when I purchased it just to keep being told it was a return to them from a previous customer and there is nothing they could do I just agreed to pay the money. again 1 month later same fault I take it back to the shop and again get a message to ring shop suprise no answer the message says the phone is not covered and they want more money steer clear of o2
