The service is great, once they actually pick up your stuff. Payment etc is prompt. I realise they use couriers to pick up but they should vet them better. They then tried to down grade the price of some items because it was more than 14 days from when the order was placed to them receiving the parcel!! Not great. Pretty unimpressed, no one helped st customer service either.
