When the letter came telling us that that we had lost our motability car we were devastated. It meant an end to our independence. Our daughter put us in touch with yourselves and with the efforts of  the advisors, helped us gain our freedom. To achieve this so quickly while in the middle of a holiday season surely goes above and beyond the norm.
Thank you does not seem enough somehow, nevertheless you have it, and more.
