I appreciate the problems people experience at the moment - but not being able to make contact through e-mail or telephone is pretty poor - a test of any good business and its customer practice is its ability to handle difficult times (as well as good times)! all I wanted was to get my accommodation canceled because my flights were canceled. Had no replies, no answer on the telephone just disconnected - and don't forget these calls are 0845 numbers so there is going to be a charge on the phone bill. Even allowing for the trouble people are having, poor performance here.
