I broke down - burning clutch? Gearbox. Told RAC would need to be recovered at 2.05. They confirmed very busy (that old chestnut!!!), ETA 3.30. Well a small van arrived at 4.15. Guess what it could not repair or recover ( 2 OAP's in car!) he left saying it would be a further 2 - 3 hrs and the RAC would contact next 10 mins.... 2 hrs later I had to contact them. On a desolate car park, new years eve. no heat - no food - No water - No facilities. Drug users injecting, frightened... oh yes. Eventually arrived at 6.35, home at 7.10 - broke down 4 miles from home!!!!.... RAC the service you provided was the worst I have ever experienced in 42 years of driving. The cover provided is via the Coop Bank packaged account. Time to kick both you and the bank into touch......
I can not find any service expectations from you on the internet... So just attend when it suites - any delay blame on being very busy!! no snow, no ice, quiet day... phew thank the stars.....
