“Not even worth 1 star!!”

I was supposed to receive a parcel on Thursday, however I had to go out. the system didn't have my current address so I had to select the old one and just hope. It said on the tracker that it was missed as I expected and so I ordered it to be delivered the following day. I was in the WHOLE day, but when I looked on the tracker it said that my parcel was refused at the door which would have been impossible considering I never had a knock at the door and there is no other house with my old house name near by. Then I got told to contact the sender, which I did, they told me that it was going to be delivered to me on the next day as it was returned back to the sender. Now I'm being told that it won't be delivered for another 3 days! Overall REALLY disappointed and would not recommend this at all to anyone!!
