I have been a customer of Ocado for over 6 years. Their customer service is not as good as it used to be and they seem to now think it is okay to inform you of a late delivery well into or past your delivery slot time.
I am also an Ocado reserved customer which enables me to have a regular slot. Unfortunately they have issues when you add holiday dates online, if you see 'null' in one of the dates call them, remembering to get their name if they say it has actually added the date, as they will charge you for any fridge or frozen items if it does not work and imply for are incapable of using a computer.
The food quality is good but Waitrose can take most of that credit. However using Ocado gives you better expiry dates than the other online supermarkets.
