I ordered a Xmas plant for my Auntie(86 years)and a bunch of Xmas flowers for my Mam(84 years)very easy to order.however because I had already sent cards I dididn't want to pay the extra 2.99 for a card from here,so there wasn't an option to leave a message as to who they were from,I had to ring both my Mam and Auntie to tell them the flowers/plant were on their way,defeating the whole idea of a surprise gift!!and I found trying to leave a review on the site impossible.
