Read the small print at every step as to unlock the phone costs at least £60 and not the £19.99 it seems to be!
The wording in the email sent telling you about this extra cost suggests the company are well aware how misled a lot of their customers are!

Independently google reviews for this company before you click to buy! Learn by mine and thousands of others mistakes. If it is too late, there is a "how to fight" this companies page on facebook that i will be using
