Ordered a number of items from Amazon, all of the came except one which was my daughter's main present for Xmas and difficult to come by in local shops. Contacted seller by the last expected day of delivery and they gave me the consignment number. Accessed UK Mail website to find confusing information stating it was due to be delivered on the 12th December but the entry for this was on the 14th? Accessed telephone line but it's all automated, no way to speak to an actual person and when I entered the consignment number it told me it was due for delivery on that day. Messaged via the website and got a response stating that it had been delivered and taken in by a person. I checked with another address closeby and she confirmed they tried to deliver to her twice but she kept telling them they should try my address but they wouldn't. I contacted them again and didn't get a response back until 23rd December saying they closed the case and refer to seller. The seller has actually been amazing but this company didn't even offer an apology for the terrible service and the non-existent customer service... I'm not usually a person to put in a complaint but I had no other choice!
