“failure to deliver”

I placed an order for "neverwhere - illustrated edition" on the 9th of December as the product was showing in stock.

checked on the 16th as goods had not been delivered and the status was still"not shipped". contacted Customer Services who stated it was being shipped that day (Friday 16th) so all good i thought.

I should have realised that all would not be well when i got a ship confirmation email on Sunday 18th. One day after their "last post for Christmas" cut off.

As of today (Friday 23rd) there is no parcel, and no one to collect it after 1230 today. Pathetic 14 days from order and no goods. If you need goods by a certain date dont use Forbidden Planet.
