“Items clearly not in stock as advertised, not contactable”

I would recommend paying with Paypal rather than credit card if trying to order with this company. I don't know why they have so many good reviews on line. On 8th Dec 2016 I ordered an item for a Christmas present, which their website stated had considerable stock levels. After 7 days and no receipt/dispatch email, I emailed them asking when my item would be received. I had no response so emailed them again 4 days later. I then tried calling them and no one picks up. Their website 'contact us' form does not work. So I contacted them via Paypal and received a full refund. I am left minus the Christmas present after wasting 2wks, when I could have ordered it from elsewhere had their website been honest.
