They are all lies, all the customer service reps all they want to do is for you to sign up and they tell you lies about there packages once you sign your contract with lots of lies. Be very careful because they dont actually offer what they promise. They promised a price and then it goes up before your contract is over i ended up paying $150 just for cable, that's crazy. I will definitely go back with cox communications.
