Bought a load of laminate floor for my house to go in the dining room with black tiles in the kitchen and grey carpet in the room i thought it was a good colour, ive changed to having laminate all way through so i want to change to all black, i am 5 days over there returns policy which is ok but abit of common sense would say accept the return and let the customer spend more money just on a different product but mot at floormaker so theyve lost my custom
