“Are due to be flying to Sharm el Sheik thursday...”

Are due to be flying to Sharm el Sheik thursday morning and obviously very concerned although fully understand no one is to blame for the situation at the minute. Tried at least 40-50 times yesterday to get through to the office at TR and got no answer or cut off. Sent 4 emails so far that have not been replied to and as they have had no reply cannot send another one throught the 'MANAGE MY BOOKING' facility on the website until they have been actioned. The reply time for the emails states thursday 10am for one email and friday 12 midday for the other. No good to me when due to be leaving thursday at 9am. Eventually spoke to someone today by ringing another department, he was very friendly and helpful, told me I cannot do anything until tomorrow afternoon when we will find out if flight is cancelled. If it is the case he has told me to call back and even given a direct number but cannot guarantee I wont incur charges to change hotel as it is all booked seperatley through them. But the question is will I get through and only have 4 hours till the office closes and whats the point in sending emails that dont get answered. I cannot afford to rebook have saved for this holiday as have plenty others but feel they should be contacting customers directly as other tour operators are. Lets hope this situation is resolved asap and dont think i will be booking with them again!!
