“Appalling Customer Service”

I would love to review the bike I ordered but as of yet it has not arrived. I do however have a children's bike sat in the box in my hall waiting to be returned. I also have a furious wife who has waited in 2 separate days for it to be picked up and both days no one has been turned up and as you would expect no call from Go Outdoors to apologise or explain why or propose a solution. Upon ringing customer services we were told that the driver did call at the house and was told there was no bike to collect - yeah that really makes sense. Not only do we now have to wait in a 3rd day but are told that my actual bike will have to come on a separate delivery on another day as they can't risk delivering the wrong bike again! Do yourselves a favour and buy from another retailer unless you are lucky enough to have a car big enough to collect direct from a store.
