I have never ever experienced worse customer service from a company. The entire experience is far too long for a review box like this but after failing to deliver my bed on two occasions where I had sat in all day and not provided with a time slot as promised, not only are they now not willing to accommodate a more suitable delivery time, they are refusing to help me move forward with this in any way at all. So I currently have ordered and paid for a bed that I haven't yet received and seem to have no way of actually getting it from the company. Needless to say the issue is now with trading standards. I absolutely will not be using this company ever again and I will be making big news of my experience. The power of social media is a wonderful thing.
