Booked our hotel through Travel Republic for 15 - 19 April 2010, but due to the volcanic eruption we could not fly. Our flight was the first to take off on Thursday 15th from Manchester airport, so we contacted Travel Republic early Thursday morning, I am still waiting to hear back from them; even though I have made numerous calls to them. Jet 2 have been excellent about re-booking our flights, unlike Travel Republic.
We are now due to fly on the 22nd and have contacted the hotel who say they would transfer the dates, but have not been paid by Travel Republic. We will have to get Travel Republic to re-issue another accommodation voucher. Unable to contact them via telephone and my emails have gone unanswered.
Is this legal?!!!!
