I ordered my sofa almost four months ago and was promised delivery in November (it's now almost Christmas). All looked good until I got a call from the courier saying Loaf had cancelled the delivery - Loaf then claimed the courier had lost it. Turns out they lost the sofa (or so they say) after hours on hold, writing emails and phone calls they promised a temporary sofa while the 'found' the original. We accepted this thinking at least we'll have a sofa for Christmas. This was supposed to be delivered today - no word from Loaf or the courier and after ringing to find out where the driver is we are informed they never sent it.
This company is a sham and happily took my £2,000 for a sofa - my advice....don't be blinded by their clever marketing, they should not be allowed to trade.
