“Awful customer service, constant lies!”

Ordered sofa, dining table, chairs, bench and small tables in October.

Had nothing but lies and hollow promises from a company who don't have the decency to investigate and call back on missing items.

Delivery 1. Bench cushion
Delivery 2. Sofa, dining table, bench, small tables. (Had to ring multiple times just to get this!)

1 month of phone calls to customer service and the local shop to be told lots of lies including they don't make the material for the chairs we ordered any more! Then by magic they find them but 3 weeks and they still haven't been delivered!

Delivery 3. should be chair for dining table. Then despite been given delivery times (twice) they keep saying they've been taken off the delivery and guess what, no one knows why! Constantly being told they will call back but never do. Once of the deliveries was canceled the day of delivery! (Delivery time 7am-1pm, phoned at 10am to say it's not coming)

The company is a farce, happy to take your order but total incompetent in there logistics. The lies just show what a poor company they are.

If they don't deliver this week they can take the lot back and refund us.

(Just been told they never ordered or made the chairs and we can't have them with the material we ordered now, despite having other parts in the material we ordered) What a waste of space this company is!!!!
