“Trying to get a refund....”

I placed an order, but telephoned and cancelled prior to item being dispatched. I was advised would receive a refund within five working days, Still waiting and have got fed up phoning an expensive customer service line, last call I had they wanted a copy of my bank statement to prove I had not received a refund - made me feel like I was lying. Also their complaint line does not work - mailbox is full.

I have never had such bad customer service or made to feel so uncomfortable for having the cheek to chase my refund.

I wish I had read review site prior to buying. I do not have any faith that I will ever receive my refund.
