Good Points
Service-driven, quick replies to my emails and incredible customer service staff. Their Italy tour is fab.

Bad Points
Smaller company so more limited selection of tours.

General Comments
I found QueensLander Tours' Italy's Great Cities tour to be one of the most balanced vacations I've taken: just enough sightseeing with admissions and enough leisure time to spend at will. They take extra time in Rome which I like. They offer two classes of hotels (concierge and super savings or saver?). All in all a great experience. We're using them again next year for Australia.
