“Not doing proper service check and overcharging for extras”

OK to use them for an interim Car Service but not for Full Service, specially their approved garages don't do full service checks and don't top-up fluids to Maximum. I have been overcharged for an extra servicing, where as the parts and the oil used are not genuine, just a normal quality from third party suppliers.

Better to buy good quality parts by yourself and pay the labour charges.
