Good Points
Service was fine and my boots arrived on time no complaints from me

Bad Points
I see alot of negative reviews from long ago I feel i was treated well and remarks from couple of years ago are thing of the past so BAD POINTS none

General Comments
Nothing bad unlike comments made 2-4 years ago i found the service provided by Gear Zone helpful I do a lot of walking with my husband and bought a pair of hiking boots I have no problems and am happy
