“Bad customer service”

I spent a fortune in Oak furniture land and could not wait for my new furniture to arrive. When it did the bolts for the legs of the table were missing. I telephoned customer services to be told we had the wrong legs and they could not send the replacements until the following Tuesday 5 days away so I was left with a table I could not put up and had to leave it leaning against a wall. When the new legs arrived it turned out as we had thought in the first place it was just the bolts that were missing which could have been sent in the post. I emailed the Managing Director to complain about the poor service but have had no reply, obviously trained at the same place as the rest of his customer service staff!!!!
