Looking for Dining Room Furniture. " I don't normally work up here, it's only because we're one short". Couldn't be any nicer, attentive without being overwhelming, didn't want to know about our social life, answered all of our questions and when she didn't have the answers, telephoned elsewhere to get the info. Got my coffee. We went along the road to look for alternatives, after asking whether she could get a deal on our chosen items.

Came back and she had the deal we wanted.Did the paperwork and said delivery would be 5 weeks. So just before Christmas. As we'd paid in full she said it would probably be quicker.

Items weighing 131Kgs and 107Kgs arrived with 2 lovely guys about 2 weeks early with a telephone call, so no probles there. With a lot of effort got them in, assembled and took away the packaging.Both items were very well protected and no damage incurred. She was the star as everything went very smoothly.

Hence 5 Stars
