“Horrible customer service ”

Dear Unlock service

I purchased an unlock from you guys in July 2014 and it was working pretty nicely until three weeks ago that after a restore my phone backed to its original locked system , since then I have written to you guys three times and with no reply and no response from you guys, I even purchased a pre sale from your team again and still no response.
How many weeks for you guys to reply to a customer who paid 65 pound for the last service and to reunlock an already unlocked phone again ?
