***AVOID - FLOWERS ARE NOT FRESH ****

The flowers arrived on time however they were poorly packed and appeared to be squashed in a box. They looked nothing like in the pictures. When I took the opportunity to email their customer service team I was shocked by the response i got which stated i should change the water and clean the vase, they chose to ignore my complaint.
