Ive had to callthem out twice once for one of the motors and once because the lumber support on the sofa back was sunk. The motor was not covered they said the salesman had no right to tell me it was he had since been sacked. The next time the man said I was lucky because he was also a time served upholsterer. He went to his car and brought a bag of sponge filling dissapeared around the back of the sofa pulled up the back flap and unzipped the leather stuffed some filling inside and fastened it all up. He fluffed up the front said there that's better. I asked him about two deep scratches in one of the leather arms he replied that it was real leather clearly the cow had rudded up against a barbed wire fence. So it was natural. I asked him to leave!!!
My husband said he couldn't see any changein the lumber suffort
Some time later he bought some filling to fit it himself. He lifted the flap and looked for the zip to gain entry to insert the filling. THERE WAS NO ZIP.
