Virgin Blue have zero customer care. 37 hour delay in Fiji due to a couple of hours of fog in Melbourne apparently. Dumped in a hotel with no food or drink provided - "accommodation only".

Eventually sent on an indirect night flight via Sydney and the flight crew did not even acknowledge the delay. Just don,t believe their customer charter. Fly with another carrier.
