Good Points
Good service, and nice atmosphere.

Bad Points
Tables were very close together so no privacy. 12.5% Gratuity is automatically added to the bill.

General Comments
We have mixed feelings about the Strada restaurant in Richmond. The service was good, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. We have eaten here 3 times, and cannot recommend the Pizzas as they were overcooked, but the lamb was excellent. The tables are placed very very close together, and you get no privacy whatsoever. We also strongly object to a 12.5% service charge being added to the bill, which is way over the top. Why restaurants can't leave the customer to add their own gratuity as they seem fit is beyond us.
