Good Points
This is a very good site. The food diary and database are easy to fill in, and the support boards are very good too. I have made lots of friends on here, and it is full of support in anything that is connected to diet and anything that is worrying you. I find it to be a excellent site.
You get a 3 day free trial so you can test the site out beforehand. I have lost loads on here, but then I didn't follow it and put some back on.
You have to follow the diet and fill everything in for it to work.
For diet or a new way of healthy eating this site is a good one to choose.
